Your organization is invited to the 26th Annual Professional Of The Year Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 28th at the Holiday Inn in downtown Huntsville!

The Professional Of The Year Award is bestowed upon an individual that has been a key contributor to the mission of your organization and each professional organization that is a member of HATS is invited to submit one of their members for recognition at this year's event.

It's a great way to recognize and publicly thank an individual in your organization that has been engaged in professional activities that resulted in broad social, technological, or economical consequences to benefit the science and engineering community, while having exhibited an extraordinary amount of dedication, creativity, and leadership in their work.

You'll find a Professional Of The Year form attached that we need you to return by Monday, June 18th on behalf of your organization to submit your member for recognition.

The evening will begin with a reception at 6 pm that provides a great opportunity for you and your fellow members to network with other organizations and their leaders that will be attending.

Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, followed by the awards ceremony and your organization is invited to setup a static display between 5 and 5:30 pm.

Cost for the dinner at 6:30 pm is only $30 per person and a cash bar will be available during the reception at 6 pm.

We need you to send the names of those planning to attend on behalf of your organization by Friday, June 22nd by email to poy at hats.org. Personal or organizational checks to cover the cost of reservations must be mailed to HATS, P.O. Box 1964, Huntsville, AL 35807 by Tuesday, June 26th.
