2006 U.S. Presidental Awards

Special United States Presidental Awards were presented to five HATS people who had contributed outstanding service to HATS and the technical community. The awardees were nominated by the HATS Board of Directors and signed by President George W. Bush. They were presented by the HATS Vice President, Cristina Hinkle.
